How it Works

Client Intake Form: When you are ready to start planning your next trip, ahead of our initial consultation call, you will complete our client intake form which will cover the basics of the trip you’d like to plan together including destination, dates of travel, budget, travel goals, likes, dislikes, activity interests, as well as your preferred accommodation style. This intake form will help me get to know you, your specific tastes, and how you like to travel so that I can create a one-of-a-kind, bespoke itinerary that you will love.

1x1 Consultation: After you have completed the intake form, I will review and schedule a 45 minute consultation. During this call, we will first review everything you’ve provided and also cover the process of planning a trip with me in detail including services, pricing/fee structure, and more! After the call, you will receive a detailed recap and, if we both decide to move forward, you will select the service you’d like and pay any required fees associated to get started!

After our initial consultation, we get to work! Using our extensive worldwide network of luxury travel contacts, we will begin designing your experience to meet your needs, starting with the base itinerary proposal and, once approved, developing the remainder of the itinerary complete with dining reservations, activities and excursions, and more!

We work with you as much (or as little) as you want to handcraft your vision into a unique itinerary tailored just for you. Once it has been perfected to your liking, we begin the booking and reservations process, remaining actively engaged with you and our partners throughout.

Once your itinerary is complete, you will have the option to schedule a final consultation call to review the details and cover any last minute questions that you may have prior to your departure.

Your trip is booked and all that is left for you to do is pack your bags and enjoy your trip! Prior to your departure, you will receive a detailed day by day itinerary complete with all the details of your trip including airport, lodging, transportation, reservations, helpful tips and tricks for your destination, and more!

While you are off relaxing and exploring, we continue working behind the scenes to ensure everything is running smoothly. All of our partners will be prepped for your arrival and we will always be available if you need any assistance while away.
