The Luxe aka Hotel Only Bookings
Complimentary - no fee!
What it is:
Got it all figured out but looking for a little VIP treatment during your stay? This service is perfect for clients who know exactly what they want on a trip. They’ve got their destination, dates, and accommodation locked down and want to take advantage of the benefits of working through Shelby Wyatt Luxury Travel by leveraging SmartFlyer Preferred Partners or Virtuoso Network in order to secure a VIP treatment and additional amenities while on their trip!

The Diamond aka Custom Travel Planning
Fee: Quote to be provided after consultation call.
What it is: Custom travel planning is ideal for clients who need a little extra help in researching and finding the perfect destination and property for their trip and may also want help coordinating the logistics.

The Platinum aka Full-Service Travel Planning with Concierge Services
Planning Fee: Quote to be provided after consultation call and is based on length of travel.
What it is: Full-Service travel planning with concierge services are ideal for clients who want it all and want to take advantage of all the benefits and services we can offer! This is our most popular package and provides you with full-service travel planning complete with an itinerary that goes beyond just hotel bookings, logistics, and COVID support. These clients don’t want to waste their precious vacation time figuring out what to do or coordinating with restaurants, activity vendors, and hotel staff on what to do and when. We work with you to create the perfect customized itinerary to suit your needs!

Fee: $25 per day of concierge services needed
What it is: Our “A La Carte” Concierge Services are intended for our travelers who may be leveraging hotel only bookings or custom travel options. This is perfect for our spontaneous travelers who may only want a day or so of additional reservations made on their behalf.
What is included: Dining reservations, activity and excursion reservations, spa bookings, etc.

$50 per person for domestic
$100 per person for international

Fee: $200*+
What is it: This fee is for our last minute travelers who need something booked - fast! It will be applied to any trip request that is within 30 days of travel.
What is included:
Expedited trip proposals, bookings, and reservations to ensure you are booked and ready to go in time for your trip!
*Fee may increase or decrease depending on how close your travel dates are and the complexity of your trip.

Change Fees: We understand that plans can change. However, due to the work involved in planning a customized, bespoke itinerary and securing reservations and VIP notice prior to your travels, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee per change required. Each client will be granted 2 changes per calendar year that may be waived before any fee is incurred.
Cancellations: We understand, life happens! We are living in some pretty unusual times. If your trip gets canceled for whatever reason, we are happy to apply your consultation fee to a different trip within 24 months of your original booking.
